These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Orca Jones. Sitefact is in design and is not yet offered as a service. Design partners and customers will sign separate terms before using the product.
Concept previews
Product visuals on this site, including the reconciliation demo, are concept previews built with fictional data. They show how the product is intended to work, not a finished product, and nothing on this site is professional advice or a certification of any construction progress or cost.
Professional responsibility
When the product is available, the surveyor or consultant using it remains responsible for every figure they certify. Sitefact reconciles, formats and flags; it does not certify.
Your use of this site
Use the site lawfully and in line with our acceptable use policy. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or submit false information through the form.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, design and the Sitefact name belong to Orca Jones. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution.
No warranty and limits on liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
