Acceptable use

This policy applies to this website now, and to the Sitefact product once design partners use it. In short: use it for honest loan monitoring.

Do not

• Upload or capture evidence you know to be altered, staged or taken from another project.
• Use the product to certify work you have not assessed, or present a draft as a signed report.
• Access another firm’s or lender’s data, or try to get around the isolation between them.
• Probe, scan or load-test the service without written permission.
• Submit spam, false details or automated requests through the website form.
• Upload personal information you do not have the right to share.

If something goes wrong

We may suspend access that breaks this policy. If you find a security issue, report it to hello@sitefact.ca rather than testing it further.
