Letter of intent: Sitefact lender pilot
Non-binding. Version 2026-11-06.
Between Orca Jones, a sole proprietorship in Vancouver, British Columbia, operating Sitefact (“Sitefact”), and the lender named below (“the lender”).
- 1.Purpose. The lender intends to pilot Sitefact on one to three construction loans during Phase 1, which starts in May 2027, to judge whether Sitefact reports are useful for its draw decisions.
- 2.Scope. The lender nominates the loans and its monitoring surveyor, or Sitefact introduces a founding firm. For each nominated loan the lender receives Sitefact-format reports alongside its existing monitoring reports, and gives feedback on them.
- 3.Duration. Three months from the first pilot report, or longer if both parties agree in writing.
- 4.Cost. No fee to the lender for the pilot.
- 5.Responsibility. Reports remain the professional responsibility of the surveyor who signs them. The lender keeps its own approval processes throughout. Sitefact reconciles and flags; it does not certify progress or cost.
- 6.Data. The lender shares only what the pilot needs. Orca Jones keeps it confidential, uses it only for the pilot, and deletes it on request when the pilot ends.
- 7.Not binding. This letter records intent only. Apart from the confidentiality commitment above, it creates no legal obligation for either party, and either party may withdraw at any time by email. A short pilot agreement will be signed before any loan data is shared.
